Dear Parents,
As said we are glad to announce fee structure before time. Below are the details.
FEE STRUCTURE for the Academic Year 2023-24.
INSTRUCTIONS (to be followed):
1. School fee and transportation fee is either paid full or in two instalments (50% per instalment).
2. The 1st instalment or Full payment either of your choice is compulsory (both school fee and transportation) to pay VERY STRICTLY from April 1st to April 9th, 2023 (including 2 Sundays).
3. Office works from 9.30 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 3.45 PM.
4. The 2nd instalment for those who have opted need to pay within September10th, 2023.
5. If fees is not paid within date, a fine will be levied.
6. Office timings from April 11th, 2023 will change from 2.00 pm to 3.45 pm only till April 29th, 2023 reopens on June 1st, 2023
7. Fees should be paid only through CASH.
8. Uniform cloth(2 sets) will be given free of cost and parents should take care that it is stitched on your own on time before 1st day of the school. It should be strictly stitched only as per the design given. We will provide school logo.
9. All children(classes 1-9) will be provided with pull over jacket and children from classes 5-9 will be given track suit free of cost. STRICTLY any other pull over or sweater or jacket should not be worn.
10. Books will be given free of cost and parents should ensure that they do transparent wrapping before 1st day of the school.
ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಪೋಷಕರೇ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಲವು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು: 1. ಶಾಲೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲಾ ವಾಹನ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡು ಕಂತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು (ಪ್ರತಿ ಕಂತು ಶಾಲೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲಾ ವಾಹನ ಶುಲ್ಕದ 50% ರಷ್ಟು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ). 2. ಮೊದಲನೇ ಕಂತು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪಾವತಿಯು (ಶಾಲಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಎರಡೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ) ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 1 ರಿಂದ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 9, 2023 ರ ಒಳಗೆ (2 ಭಾನುವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ) ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. 3. ಶಾಲಾ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಮಯ : ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9.30 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1.00 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.00 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3.45 ರವರೆಗೆ. 4. ಎರಡನೇ ಕಂತನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 10, 2023 ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. 5. ನಿಗಧಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ದಂಡವನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 6. ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 11 ರಿಂದ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 29, 2023 ರ ವರೆಗೂ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಮಯವು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.00 ರಿಂದ 3.45 pm ರವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. 7. ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ನಗದು ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. 8. ಶಾಲಾ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು (2 ಸೆಟ್) ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಲೆಯು ತೆರೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಪೋಷಕರು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಲಿಸಿ ( ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾದರಿಯಂತೆ ಮಾತ್ರ) , ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನದಿಂದಲೇ ಹಾಕಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು. 9. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ (1-9 ತರಗತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ) ಪುಲ್ ಓವರ್ (ಸ್ವೆಟರ್ ರೀತಿ) ಮತ್ತು 5-9 ತರಗತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಟ್ರಾಕ್ ಸೂಟ್ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ .ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇತರೆ ಪುಲ್ ಓವರ್, ಸ್ವೆಟರ್, ಜಾಕೆಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬರಬಾರದು. 10. ಒಂದು ಸೆಟ್ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನದಿಂದಲೇ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಹಾಳೆಯ ಬೈಂಡಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕು.

School bus rules
For parents -
1. Without paying Bus fee no parent should take children to bus and force the staff.
ಬಸ್ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪೋಷಕರು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬಸ್‌ಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಬಾರದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು.
2. Parents are requested not to board school buses to see off or receive or drop their children.
ಪಾಲಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಡಲು ಶಾಲಾ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತದಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
3. Parents should not try to overtake and stop the School bus to facilitate the boarding of their children as this endangers the safety of the bus and its occupants. This act will lead to strict disciplinary action.
ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಸಲು ಶಾಲಾ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿಕ್ಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬಾರದು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದು ಬಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವವರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಅಪಾಯವನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
4. Parents should not argue with the teachers present in the bus or the maid / driver. If there is any problem, a written communication should be forwarded to the office.
ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಸೇವಕಿ/ಚಾಲಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪೋಷಕರು ವಾದ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
5. If any parent whose child is availing school transport service wishes to take their ward privately in his/her own transport, he/she has to collect the Permission from the school authorities half an hour before the end of the last class.
ಶಾಲಾ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸಿದರೆ, ಮಗುವಿನ ಕೊನೆಯ ತರಗತಿ ಮುಗಿಯುವ ಅರ್ಧ ಗಂಟೆ ಮೊದಲು ಶಾಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.
6. It is the responsibility of the parents to drop off their wards to the school if a student misses his allotted bus he should not try to board any other bus.. However the student will return by the allotted bus.
ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ತನಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
7. In case of any change, of a temporary or permanent nature, in transport pick-up / drop point or transport route, the permission for the same has to be sought by making an application at the School office. In case of permanent change of transport route, the application must be filed along with administrative charges of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) at the School Office.
ಪಿಕಪ್ / ಡ್ರಾಪ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಾಲಾ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, 50 ರೂ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
For Students -
1. Under no circumstances are students allowed to go behind or under the parked buses within the school campus. Students are also not allowed to sit in the parked buses during school hours.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಾಲಾ ಆವರಣದೊಳಗೆ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಲಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
2. Under no circumstances, should students touch the instrument panel of the buses.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಸ್‌ಗಳ ಉಪಕರಣ ಫಲಕವನ್ನು, ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಬಾರದು.
3. A student using the school bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least ten minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving bus. The scheduled pick-up time is available with the Transport-in-charge at the school. The school reserves the right to alter the timings, routes and stops as and when necessary.
ಶಾಲಾ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಬಸ್‌ನ ನಿಗದಿತ ಆಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಹತ್ತು ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಬರುವ ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯ, ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
4. Students will be issued ID card with Route No. The ID card should be worn by the student before boarding the bus and the same should be worn at all times till the end of the return journey.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತುವ ಮೊದಲು ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಅದೇ ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು.
5. Students are allowed to use only the allotted bus and bus stop. No change can be allowed without prior written permission of the school.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪೂರ್ವ ಲಿಖಿತ ಅನುಮತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6. If a student misses his allotted bus he should not try to board any other bus. It is the responsibility of the parents to drop off their wards to the school. However the student will return by the allotted bus.
ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ತನಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನು/ಳು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬಾರದು. ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುವುದು ಪೋಷಕರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
7. The school will not be held responsible for any lapse in the bus services. In case of any discrepancy, parents may meet the office.
ಬಸ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರನಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪೋಷಕರು ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
8. The buses will not wait for latecomers.
ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳು ಕಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
9. Students should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
ಬಸ್ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಉಳಿಯಬೇಕು.
10. No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it comes to a complete halt. The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.
ಬಸ್ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಿಲುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದ್ವಾರದ ಬಳಿ ಬರಬಾರದು. ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ಮುಂಭಾಗದ ಬಾಗಿಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಗಮನವಾಗಿದೆ.
11. Boarding and alighting from buses should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇಳಿಯುವುದು ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
12. All students must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding their respective buses. Reservation of seats for co-commuters are not allowed under any circumstances.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಖಾಲಿ ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸಹ-ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
13. No student should travel standing on the footboard.
ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಫುಟ್‌ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಬಾರದು.
14. Students must not move around in the bus when it is in motion.
ಬಸ್ಸು ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓಡಾಡಬಾರದು.
15. The students must make sure that the aisle of the bus is clear, school bags and other belongings are placed properly.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಸ್‌ನ ಓಡಾಡುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಇಡಬಾರದು, ಶಾಲಾ ಬ್ಯಾಗ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
16. Students must not put any part of their body outside the bus. They should not put their hands out even for waving.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಬಾರದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಕೈ ಬೀಸಬಾರದು.
17. No object should be discarded inside or thrown outside the bus. If they do strict disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
ಯಾವುದೇ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ಒಳಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೊರಗೆ ಎಸೆಯಬಾರದು. ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
18. Consumption of edibles is not permitted in the buses.
ಬಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂಡಿ, ಪಾನೀಯ ಸೇವನೆಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ.
19. Unruly behaviour like shrieking, shouting and playing foul is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
20. The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಚಾಲಕನ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಡೆಗೆ ಸೆಳೆಯಬಾರದು.
21. The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stops only. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is always subject to change.
ನಿಗದಿತ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಚಾಲಕರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಳೀತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
22. The bus monitor on duty is responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be reported to the Co-ordinator immediately.
ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಸ್ ಮಾನಿಟರ್ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಗಂಭೀರವಾದ ಅಪರಾಧವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
23. Parents have to ensure that their wards do not go to and fro from bus stops unescorted.
ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಪಾಲಕರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
24. Parents (or whoever is authorised by the parents) have to produce the Escort Card at the bus stop to receive their wards from the respective bus drop points failing which the student will be brought back to the school and will be handed over only on production of escort card.
ಪೋಷಕರು (ಅಥವಾ ಪೋಷಕರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪಡೆದವರು) ಆಯಾ ಬಸ್ ಡ್ರಾಪ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್‌ಗಳಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಅದು ವಿಫಲವಾದರೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರು ಬಂದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
25. Bus services will be discontinued without further notice for children who do not follow bus rules, damage accessories in the bus, offend passers – by with their actions or words.
ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದ, ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾನಿ ಮಾಡುವ, ದಾರಿಹೋಕರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಚೇಡಿಸುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಸ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
26. Rules will be appended / modified on need basis.
